  Responsible for maintaining the standards of Nursing Care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psycho-social, and rehabilitative needs of the residents. The ideal candidatefor this position will be compassionate, caring and experienced in developing/implementing the plan of care for each patient, making recommendations for patient interventions, and collaborating with other health care providers to deliver care and document outcomes. Springhill Physician Practices is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our primary care practice. Ideal physician should be a team player who enjoys working closely with other physicians and communicates well with patients and colleagues.   Pre-Employment Requirements: - We are a drug free facility.
